The PCA 1200 Photopolymer Support Cleaning Apparatus (PCA) is designed to remove uncured resin from 3D printed photopolymer parts using IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) or DPM (Dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether) solutions.

The PCA cleans 3D printed photopolymer parts by immersing them in a solvent solution with the PCA generating micro-bubbles to remove uncured resin from the parts. The time required to clean the parts depends on the type of resin, part geometry and surface area. When the parts are clean, parts are unloaded from the PCA, rinsed, dried (or post cured), and ready for further finishing or use.
